This villa modification project in Barsha South reimagines an existing traditional structure into a refined modern residence, responding to the client’s request for a complete transformation within a very limited budget. The design focuses on simplicity, proportion, and material efficiency—achieving a contemporary look through clean geometric lines, vertical window compositions, and a light, neutral color palette.

The existing structure was carefully adapted rather than demolished, allowing for cost-effective redesign while maintaining architectural balance and spatial clarity. Large openings and tall glazing introduce natural light and create a sense of openness, while the façade’s vertical rhythm gives the villa a bold, elegant presence. The result is a modern reinterpretation achieved through thoughtful design and practical execution—delivering a fresh, timeless look without exceeding financial constraints.
