Villa 43

This villa embodies a minimalist contemporary design, defined by clean linear geometry, a monolithic stone-clad façade, and a balanced play of solid and void. Expansive glazing on the ground floor connects indoor and outdoor spaces, while vertical openings above add rhythm, privacy, and natural light. A restrained palette of warm stone and dark accents enhances depth and elegance. Developed as a modification villa, the client entrusted us to redesign the floor plan, elevation, and site plan for a more functional layout and refined architectural expression.
